Innovativeness

An innovative organization isn't built in a day; it is an evolutionary journey, taking innovative leadership and long-term strategy.

Interdisciplinary knowledge and understanding is critical to discover patterns and rearrange the puzzle pieces for coming up with innovative solutions.

Creative environments are usually outward-looking rather than insular, people are more willing to learn or relearn, accumulate interdisciplinary knowledge or unique insight for figuring out optimal solutions; taking in consideration with people outside your current customers, and the design community, interacting with people from another industry, enhancing cross boundary communication & collaboration, becoming open to changes, accepting a degree of risks and experimentation, and stimulating more innovation of the disruptive type.
