Interdisciplinary Anthropology

Anthropology presents every aspect of human life and elucidates the cultural traits, complex human behavioral aspect.

Everything has layers, anthropology provides a holistic perspective of digging into the dynamic human interrelationship. It helps people understand and enliven the varied social contexts and cultural scenarios in a better way. People with anthropological perspective are able to experiment with different ways of doing the same things and are more tolerant of cultures and customs other than one’s own. Here is the interdisciplinary understanding of anthropology.

Social Anthropology:
The world has become much more complex and smaller all at once, thinking through anthropological dimension questions one’s assumptions, opens one’s eyes to a spectrum of things with so many different shades and colors of the same world; expanding one’s vision of society, cultural diversity, and people. Anthropology has radically enhanced the way to discover life with curiosity and more patience. I am just as much an "other" as everyone else and, therefore, we are all in this together. It gives a perspective on every aspect of human life and elucidates the cultural traits, complexes, and motives of specific human behavioral aspects.

Digital companies are outside-in and people-centric, they are the living thing with the ability to continually change as the world changes, perhaps much like the plants follow the sun. Anthropology provides an expanded lens for business leaders to understand people and culture differences so they can manage multi-layer and multi-dimensional business relationships such as cross-functional relationships, customer relationships, vendor relationships, and other shareholder relationships effectively. Anthropological perspective encourages us to experiment with different ways of doing the same things, catalyze innovation and drive progressive changes.

Biological anthropology: The digital organization is an ever-evolving living thing with the ability to continually change as the world changes, perhaps much like the plants follow the sun. Thus, anthropology can help us discover our place in the world as regards our culture, world conception, style of life, natural phenomenon, etc. A set of digital principles as a compass will guide all levels of the organization to operate more like the human body operates with the cells (employees) and organs (Functions) of the organization being able to make decisions in a very organic relationship with its environment.

Digital organizations are like the trees to continue growing; and less like a machine - just keep spinning. Biological lens helps business leaders and professionals understand and harmonize the balance and growth cycles of the business and look into the shade and colors of the world as everything is energy and the human condition is the conditional form of our energy signature and it moves from one conditional state to another seamlessly.

Linguistic anthropology: Language is technically a tool that helps us convey our thoughts, express ourselves and communicate with each other. Essentially languages are constructed for memorizing past events and experiences so as to refine them in the present. Through the lens of linguistic anthropology, you can figure out the linguistic logic, opposites ingrained in language, so on, are rooted in language but not anywhere in nature. One is allowed to argue against opposites depending on vocabulary one holds to any stretch.

The language might not use us, but the language may cause reactions in our mind, speaking, behavior - provoke us and influence on us. Language represents reality in its own sense so there are phenomenal differences in ideas and expressions. In between, there is friction of opposites while translating and interpreting from one to the other. Through such contradictory logic in language, we understand different states, different attitudes, or different beliefs. Communicate, communicate and then communicate and understand that not all of the associates will move through the change curve at the same speed.

We don't live in a "closed system" but the dynamic digital ecosystem which is complex, interrelated, and interconnected, full of opportunities and risks. Anthropology presents every aspect of human life and elucidates the cultural traits, complex human behavioral aspect. To optimize, harmonize and move forward and share a better world together, an anthropological viewpoint opens our eyes to a spectrum of things with so many different shades and colors. such transcendent energy catalyzes changes, transcend culture, and make a seamless digital paradigm shift.
