Initiatives

In order to succeed in today's business dynamic, high performance organizations have a very clear vision and understanding of why they exist and the value they bring to customers and the very reason for changes.

Forward-looking companies across vertical sectors are at the inflection point of paradigm shift. The management practices, new technology adoption, culture intelligence, or business capability tuning. etc, are all tactics to get the organization from here to there for leading changes.

Organizations need to enforce an iterative cycle of designing, building, scaling, and optimizing business competency to achieve the desired business results under specified performance standards and conditions.

It’s important for managers to take a holistic view of business context, keep their eyes on the higher horizons: The abundance of information flow makes it possible to gain real-time insight if organizations are truly being digitized underneath. Although you cannot predict every event happening on the journey, surely you need to proactively create a vision, make a good plan, focus on what matters the most, identify what generates the most value for the company. So expressing that in strategic objectives helps managers keep their eyes on what matters.

To predict the future with a certain level of accuracy, besides information precision, the highest level of future sensitivity comes from appreciation of contextualization. Being fluent in contextual logic aids people in understanding what’s relevant and what’s not. Seeing the context you are part of, allows you to identify the leverage points to create business synergy. Value-generation and people satisfaction is the cornerstone of sustaining the existence and prosperity of the enterprise.

It’s important to listen to people’s story and use this when providing your products or services: High performers are more outward-looking and focused on the market. They are getting closer to customers’ needs. People centric organizations will attract happier customers. The firm provides customers with brand experiences that are unique to the brand, and on the other side, the delightful customer experience can enforce its business brand as well. Customer centricity is built upon rigorous business’s capabilities to shorten the production cycles and satisfy customers consistently.

Personalization is the process of making a company's products and services extraordinarily relevant to the needs or desires of customers. Actively listening and communicating to one another creates excitement which propels good ideas to be formed and actions to be taken. For customer-centric conversations, it’s important to provide choices for customers on how to solve their issues by listening to their feedback. Personalizing crucial interaction allows you to build rapport and a friendship. Clearly define roles, and responsibilities, based on the purpose of what value the organization delivers to the customers and supported by appropriate processes, technologies, and support to the people.

It’s important to conduct periodic follow-ups; make business reviews comprehensively: Annual objectives start with the executives choosing a few key initiatives, understanding their interdependency, and driving them down the line. The business assessment & review should cover people, processes, products, and partners, and needs to be performed objectively to remove any bias or misjudgment from internal staff members, with the goal to run a high performance organization.

Define a set of relevant metrics that measure not only financial and market performance, but operational and organizational performance. In addition, a feedback scoreboard displays the information that can be customized or recategorized to meet the management needs. Check to see if you're on course what adjustments are required, and where to go next. Ensure that measures could predict business performance and make effective decisions for continuous improvement.

Increasing pace of changes and continuous disruption throw the challenge for businesses across sectors to respond with faster speed. In order to succeed in today's business dynamic, high performance organizations have a very clear vision and understanding of why they exist and the value they bring to customers and the very reason for changes. So, they not only survive the fierce competition but thrive in the expanded business ecosystem.
