By choosing to -stand in - your own power, hold a space for- another's point of view, respectfully, there is no conflict, really.

Another day is coming;

nothing stands still;

change cannot be -

just another thing -

needs to be accomplished;

it has to-

be woven into -

communication, action.

tireless learning would be -

another key identity of-

professional competency…


Another progress is made;

wherever there are -

groups of people,

there are conflicts;

what is one state of mind to -

one person,

does not necessarily mean-

the same thing to another;

that's where -

conflict comes in, unexpectedly;

by choosing to -

stand in -

your own power,

hold a space for-

another's point of view, respectfully,

there is no conflict, really.


Another story is made;

failure is a failure,

another opportunity to -

learn something, then

to have another go, resiliently;

learning from-

another person’s experience helps to-

surpass one's own limits, confidently…

negative-competing against -

one another slows down-

each other, unfortunately;

stall innovation;

the more we trust,

the less,

we need to control;

the right dose of-

risk-taking is -

another necessary ingredient to -

take an adventure, courageously.
