The noble purpose is -

the source of -

all power;

it is amazing-

what people can do,

when they see -

they have-

a source of all power,

within themselves…

they can step into-

growth trajectory to-

achieve noble ideal,

pursue self- realization, with-

determination, perseverance,

steadfastness until-

that vision is realized, ultimately.


If the noble purpose of -

change is-

good for -

all of us,

we would treat purpose as-

a calling,

opportunity as -

an adventure for -

discovering unknown,

search for truth;

making leaps all the time…

Societal purpose & personal purpose ties in -

with talent development upon -

who we are,

what we do,

 as human species;

self-driven propaganda stimulates-

people's motivation,

clarifies thoughts,

guides actions,

highlights the themes of -

nobleness, character building…



The noble intention to -

build a creative workplace, is to

inspire people working togethers,

brainstorm, implement-

novel ideas,

fit noble purpose via -

organic development,

intelligent design,

"self-generated" engagement,

iterative learning-doing scenario,

collaboratively;

the noble ideal to-

reinvent an advanced global society is to -

overcome common challenges,
