Leadership plays a significant role in rejuvenating culture of changes for harmonizing the global world and setting the tone for building a high-performance global organization. These global leaders with a growth potential can be more confident, with an innovation-seeking mindset. They lead the change from a “multinational” organization that adapts the operations of each country or regional unit for local needs to build a holistic “global” firm in which blind spots can be closed in making sound judgment and a variety of gaps can be bridged via cross-boundary communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Global professionals need to keep learning agile, challenge conventional wisdom, discover innate talent and unlock their potential.
