Innateprofoundity

The maturity of both individuals and organizations depends on how profound they are - to gain fresh insight, make sound judgment; being confident and humble at the same time, overcoming silos or bias, understanding and being understood, for reaching the high level of professionalism.

As we step into the more advanced era with unprecedented uncertainties, profundity is one of the most crucial traits to discern clearly, decide effectively, and influence deeply. The more you know, the more you know you don’t know and admit the unknown unknown. You become wise when you are humble enough to be aware of, and admit what you don't know and share what you know. Profundity implies uncompromised substances, clarified vision, unconventional wisdom, fair judgment, and deep influence.

It’s important to seek out fresh knowledge, analyze and synthesize information, to deepen the level of understanding: Assumptions and bias are due to a lack of deeper understanding. Too often people may take the easy path, think and work at a superficial level rather than spend the time to understand what is going on underneath, and understand things profoundly.

People’s perception is cognition/situation/context based, Multidimensional thinking, interdisciplinary knowledge and variety of life/career experiences enable them to capture unique insight into complex problems in order to solve them in a creative way.

It’s crucial to gain a deep understanding of people through empathy by taking a more inductive approach as to what the customer wants to accomplish "next": People are both means and ends of business change. How to engage employees and delight customers is always crucial to run a high performance organization or an advanced society. There are pitfalls if people are trapped at “the same level of thinking.” Understand people profoundly via listening to their concerns and reading between the lines.

Engaging customers by providing simplified and intuitive products or services on an ongoing basis to see how their goals are achieved. Gain a deep understanding of the motivational construct of the customer through empathy, evaluate which alternatives might work better than others, in order to solve their problems creatively.

It’s critical to understand problems profoundly to solve them holistically:
Organizations and the world become interdependent; understanding problems profoundly means seeing the context you are part of, identifying the leverage points and then choosing the decisive factors, taking acute awareness of present contextual variables, seeking fresh knowledge and unique insight for understanding situations comprehensively.

In a fast-growing company, people tend to have similar ideal values that get manifested in their corporate purposes. It’s great to connect dots at interdisciplinary domains, seek fresh knowledge and unique insight, take acute awareness of present contextual variables, and identify the effective leverage points for dealing with problems holistically.

The maturity of both individuals and organizations depends on how profound they are - to gain fresh insight, make sound judgment; being confident and humble at the same time, overcoming silos or bias, understanding and being understood, for reaching the high level of professionalism.
