Organic innovation reinvents the global society; innovation orchestration is accelerated to the hyper-connected and interdependent world.

An organic organization with systematic characteristics is able to break away from static, stale, and slow patterns, and be able to make continuous adjustment, keep evolving, and innovate, To nourish creativity and encourage organic innovation, it’s critical to develop an organizational environment that creates a positive vibe, facilitates creative activities, allowing ideas to flow, channeled and nurtured constantly, allowing people to exercise their talent and unlock their potential, develop organic innovation and build differentiated competencies.


Organic innovation is like the plant which can grow innovative fruits and generate differentiated business value: Innovativeness is a state of mind. Either individually or collectively, creativity is one of the most critical skills and innovation is the key differentiator between the leader and the laggard. If the organization is like the plant, the more fertile the soil, the better nourishment the plant will be, and there are better opportunities to nurture organic innovations which keep evolving and renewing to achieve the state of dynamic balance.

Individually, Innovation capability is the self-management activity, innovation capacity is self-awareness and self-discipline. Innovation needs conflicts to initiate, but after initiation there should be debate to create! After debate, we need passion to advocate innovation; after passion. The kind of emotions within a person that triggers an innovation process can be numerous and most likely will be a combination of emotions!

Organic innovation can be nourished via sufficient investment: Surviving and thriving upon exponential growth of information, fierce competitions, and continuous disruptions requires vision, resilience, flexibility, interdisciplinarity and innovativeness. The investment management needs to ensure that they are investing in the right business initiatives and create headroom for innovation, growth, and progression. The management needs to evaluate individual and aggregate investments decisions by presenting a strategic look to maximize the business's benefit, and continue to make an objective assessment of their investment in terms of value, risk, and reward.

People are always the most important capital investment in any organization. Put emphasis on investing in people-centric innovation, build a balanced investment portfolio, enhance the overall economic value of the portfolio. The objective of innovation investment oversight is to provide visibility of the business innovation initiatives that are supporting the company's strategy and expediting business growth and change. Return on Investment tells the business management how well organizational innovation investment repays the company, focuses on benefits generation, return on investment.

Orchestrate an organic innovation ecosystem to propel global growth:
Companies have to gain a greater awareness of the intricacies and interdependencies of organizational systems to develop organic innovation effectively. Organizations are on the journey of business transformation which represents the next stage of business maturity and will improve how the enterprise works and interacts with its ecosystem, with people at the center of its focus. An innovation ecosystem should fully cover a wide enough direction and embrace the full spectrum of innovation categories with extensiveness, and intensity.

Innovation ecosystems draw together mutually supportive companies from multiple industries that collectively seek to create differentiated ideas and capture value they could not reach alone; become more responsive, holistic, vibrant, can be scaled up, to solve bigger and tougher problems, collaboratively.

Organic innovation reinvents the global society; innovation orchestration is accelerated to the hyper-connected and interdependent world. The ultimate innovation isn't what you do; it's what you deliver for results, how being innovative becomes the state of mind; and whether it becomes one of the crucial capabilities to improve business competency and unlock the full potential of the human society.
