Innovativecapabilityandculture People are the largest intangible asset of a company. To compete, businesses rely so much on their people, companies need to scale their growth around human asset models. In finance-dominant organizational culture, people have been called human costs, human resources, or human assets. But human capital does make more sense within the context of the goals of a company, to perceive human potential as a strategic business investment.

Innovativeleadershipadvocacy We live in an era, full of uncertainty, velocity, complexity, and ambiguity. Corporate board directors have to keep evolving and gaining new and wider views, discovering unexpected connections between the business and its rich environment for shaping the future of business collaboratively. Leadership influence at the board level is important because the board directors play a significant role in setting good policies, advocating innovation and people-centricity, and improving organizational effectiveness and maturity.

Enterprise capability management, consists of a portfolio of capabilities that are used in various combinations to produce business outcomes.

Incoherence Organizations rise and fall, not on the quantum of plans and resources, but on the capabilities to lead and manage, change and innovate, yet most important to execute. The most obvious symptom of business distress is the widespread problem of incoherence, illogic, and ineffectiveness. The degree of planning has a positive correlation with the degree of uncertainty and unpredictability. Do not fix the symptom only, but dig through the root cause of business issues, deal with them in a structured way and make continuous improvement.

Innovationinferenceofsequenceconsequence The digital world is dynamic, nonlinear, uncertain, and volatile, emergence becomes apparent. What's fundamentally changed is that management no longer gets to sit on the sidelines, they need to proactively adapt to the new normal, take initiatives to harness innovation, uncover hidden or loose coupled business logic. Innovative leaders and professionals act in sequence, observe the consequences of their action, make inferences about those consequences, draw implications for future innovation efforts, and make continuous improve for accelerating the speed.

Blogging is not about writing, but about thinking about the new ideas; it’s not just about WHAT to say, but about WHY to say, and HOW to say it. It reflects the color and shade of your thought patterns, and it indicates the peaks and curves of your thinking waves. Unlike pure entertainment, quality and professional content takes time for digesting, contemplation and engaging, and therefore, it takes time to attract the "hungry minds" and the "deep souls." It’s the journey to amplify diverse voices and deepen digital footprints, and it's the way to harness your innovative spirit.
