If vision is about the "end" status, then innovation is the means to the end.” “Vision" is a destination and 'innovation' is the better process, tools, cultures, etc., to get you there. The purpose and effectiveness of innovation depend on the leadership attitude to drive innovation and its aptitude to manage innovation. Developing that kind of leadership is essential to being successful in innovation management in today's business climate.

In fact, innovation management has a very low success rate. Bridging innovation execution gap requires a systematic execution scenario with clear stages. The intention of becoming a leader is to inspire, innovate, improve, influence, interact, interpret, exemplify, orchestrate collective human progress, and leadership is a thorny journey of professional maturity, with continuous deliveries to deepen leadership influence.
