Business is nowadays complex, to manage business initiatives successfully, the quality information and logical scenario are needed to achieve high performance results. The maturation of an innovative organization starts with building knowledge, digital consciousness, and corporate memory for developing competitive advantage and sustainability.

: It is the digital age, the management systems and processes are gradually moving away from a static, linear relationships to a more dynamic, nonlinear interrelationship and interactive state, such dynamic ecosystem explicitly seeks to create agile environment in which people can grow, and business focus on dynamic resources, harmonized interaction, long-term perspective, and scalable performance. Companies operating within ecosystems should take initiative to make an ecosystem impact, deliver value to their stakeholders, purposively plan the ecosystem while becoming more agile.

Because ways of doing business and customer expectations both tend to be more flexible than before, companies need new ecosystem partners to pursue them. The dynamic leaders can bridge the difference and connect the dots, more tolerate ambiguity and uncertainty, begin thinking about ways to broaden their ecosystem perspectives, stake initiatives to build strategic alliance, integrate business capabilities dynamically, generate new revenue streams, and deepen the level of the organizational impact.
