Either individually or collectively, creativity is one of the most critical skills to make an advanced world.

Innovation is to pursue alternative ways to do things. Now digital opens the new chapter of innovation and people-centricity, people are encouraged to express different opinions, present the strong spirit of discernment, and compete for uniqueness. 

Great things and advancement don't happen inside your comfort zone or in a box which is associated with convention within context. Innovation is the means to the end, it should either benefit your customers or your employees.

Innovation & strength: We have the strength within us, to be self-aware and self-discover. Being able to see our strengths and weaknesses without self-judgment is possible to become authentic. It’s best to focus on your individual strengths and practice them constantly. Strengthen the strength by learning, being innovative is a state of mind - as we begin to appreciate and love our own inner qualities, being open-minded to embrace diverse viewpoints, generate creative energy, release positive emotions, present the spirit of growth,

There is no template that you can apply and suddenly you will become creative. Your inner strength will bring you perception, persistence, and performance towards the path you take. Every professional has their own journey of growth either personally or professionally based on their own talent, strength, training, and refinement. With fierce competitions and frequent disruptions, they have to keep learning, discovering & building professional strength and improving innovative competency.

Innovation & perception: Perception is what your mind interprets when your eyes see the world. Your perception affects your world and therefore what you project in the world. The positive mind often has more positive thinking about the environment, perceives things in a constructive manner; getting a better chance to connect meaningful dots to spur creativity. Don’t be distracted or discouraged by others’ outdated perception which is like time glue that keeps you still, stifles creativity, and causes more social problems.

No two people's realities will be totally identical at a given time. The conventional wisdom or stereotyping leads to those outdated perceptions which stifle human progress. Be open-minded to understand different perceptions of the world, having gratitude allows you to become more positive and gives you the energy to overcome bias, nurture creative thoughts, explore alternative ways to solve problems, and drive progressive changes.

Innovation & freedom: A free mind is proactive and flow; it has a freedom to think everything even though someone tries to impose their thoughts on yours. You don't believe in any dogmas; your mind is not cluttered, your thoughts flow inside out continually. You are free to think big, think beyond, think deep, integrate thoughts into new concepts or fresh ideas. A free person is indeed "rule-less," "borderless," but not thinking less or mindless.

All boundaries are created by humans. If you are a free thinker and if there’s peace in your mind, you can capture thoughts effortlessly, and let the creative mind run free. Unless people enjoy freedom, how can they understand the meaning of life? You just seek, you try to find answers from within. When one leaves outdated thoughts and standards to seek additional knowledge and experience, they are stepping outside that box to unfamiliar territory, expanded into a much bigger box to develop creativity deliberately.

Either individually or collectively, creativity is one of the most critical skills to make an advanced world. Being innovative involves a full cycle of emotions, enjoying diversity of thoughts, understanding varying perceptions, exploring inner strengths, and respect for all in life; to achieve excellence by choices.
