Business transformation is the large scale of change, there are many factors that need to be articulated such as long-term vision, organizational culture, talent development and ecosystem dynamics. Professionals need to develop levels of insight, climb qualification hierarchy by building a set of differentiated professional skills to accomplish certain works and deliver high quality results with consistency.

 They should keep improving their competency, enforcing professional disciplines, developing the best and next practices to amplify their influence. The more complex our world becomes, the more sophisticated business leaders and professionals with multidimensional intelligence and complex skill-sets we need to practice varying professional works for advancing human society.

Levels of insight: In present days, fresh information and outdated knowledge, myth and truth are co-existing, hyper-connectivity and over-complexity are the new normal. To move from subjective perception to objective perception to creative perception, don’t be distracted or discouraged by others’ outdated perception; don’t be restricted by conventional wisdom, sustain a balance of diversified viewpoints, creativity, and unification, become open-minded and inclusive, envision the possibility to make progressive change in the ever fast changing digital dynamic.

Levels of qualification: Quality is an integral discipline and practice; simplicity can be viewed through different lenses. Quality is in everything people think and behave and there are varying ingredients such as proficiency, credibility, consistency, discipline, simplification, maturity, etc. Business leaders and professionals today must improve professional qualification by continuous learning, developing their professional portfolio, and continue climbing up to the next level of professionalism. From following commands, taking orders reactively to thinking deeper, taking more responsibility, enhancing professional disciplines, building credibility and consistency, etc. Employees with higher levels of qualification are the ones who can think and work independently, have excellent problem-solving skills; they are well disciplined, have a "customer focus," bring positivity and wisdom to the workplace with consistency.

As intelligent beings, we all influence our surroundings or being influenced by the environment in which we live to a certain degree. The power of influence has many dimensions and depends on a number of factors such as multidimensional intelligence, the quality of information received, the mix of knowledge and experience, exemplary attitudes or behaviors, character or personality, all held together by a collection of confidence. These influences could be either direct or indirect or a combination of both in a judicious ratio implying certain "traits." The level of influence depends on leadership or professional competency, methodologies or practices; from making influence in a certain domain to cross interdisciplinary boundaries; from local community to global society; from behavior to attitude to mindset.

People need to keep exploring their talent, broadening and deepening their relevant skills, becoming more fluent, intuitive and productive in what they are doing. They are more confident to connect wider dots, explore adjacent knowledge domains, integrate seemingly irrelevant, but in fact, necessary components for growing toward the next level of expertise, to fit the role they intend to play and deepening their influence. Contemporary leaders and professionals with persuasive influence desire to listen to the different viewpoints, discover the connectivity and common ground from the difference, carry compelling conversations across business domains, create a ripple effect and make a high level of influence in a multidimensional way. 

The business environment is full of uncertainty, velocity, complexity, and ambiguity, competition and collaboration are both natural in a business environment or human society.
