Agility needs to be the philosophy to perceive multidimensional business values, focusing on continuous improvement.


Being agile is a state of mind for creating conditioning for change, and adapting readily when change is needed. Agility enhances interaction, iteration, improvement and collaboration, so you build a lot of trust and respect by letting people come up with what works best for them, improving business maturity smoothly.

Learning agility:
Due to abundant information and increasing paces of change, the business environment is dynamic and uncertain, the business workforce today has to learn and relearn all the time, and apply those learning to the new changing circumstances for solving problems smoothly. Being learning agile is the shift from the reactive learning mentality to proactive learning attitude, enabling individuals to look forward, improving professional competencies. Learning agility will be as important as the personality or characteristics, because knowledge professionals will need to have considerable mental acuity to assimilate all the changes coming from around them, to freshen up ideas, bridge gaps, and develop cross-disciplinary expertise.

Innovative agility:
Innovation is the most needed change; Innovation agility enables people to see and solve problems in a flexible and adaptive way by breaking them down to smaller pieces and implementing them smoothly. It’s about getting all the way around the world, to capture all relevant information, see problems from different angles, and manage an iterative innovation life cycle with speed. Innovation is often a multi-disciplinary effort. Innovation agility directs the perspectives into creative, adaptive, iterative and incremental problem-solving approaches. Thus, the most productive innovation teams should embrace multiple disciplines, close cognitive gaps, connect more dots to yield better ideas and competitive advantage.

Collaborative agility:
Agility within and of itself is a strategy which requires teamwork to proactively explore opportunities, diagnose problems, make choices, and set actions to fix issues and generate value. Due to rapid change, often the team cannot have an absolute destination, the direction is more crucial than an absolute destination. You have a vision about where you want to go. You may keep changing your destination based on the new learnings. The progress to improve business agility requires more cooperation from varying parts of the organization, giving cross-functional people a good argument for why you are doing agile and what the benefits will be. The companies focus on shaping dynamic capabilities as the strategic business routines to accelerate business performance.
