The emergence of potential opportunities for exploring growth, either individually, or collectively, is likely to understand the nature of interdependence and follow a nonlinear pattern as the pervasiveness of the journey of change increases.
A complex system has a nature of interdependence: Every system is a subsystem of a larger system and simultaneously it is always built up by subsystems. Systems don’t exist independently and that there are interactions between systems such as system overlaps and real in- and output dependencies. The complex and dynamic system has a nature of hyperconnectivity, nonlinearity, and interdependence, it needs to be elaborated in a well-organized system manner with contextual understanding. It is the higher state of being the collaborative interdependent one, at every turn, be a taste of better days, of continual improvement of retrospective action planning, incremental goal achieving, creative idea brainstorming, and effective change management.
An interdependent thinker practices multidimensional thinking: Often, we make decision implicitly, also unknowingly, and sometimes unwisely because we think those things as independent component; rather, when we can think the system as a whole, every component is interdependent with other components, and then the decision can be made more thoughtfully, and wisely. If an independent mind encourages critical thinking ability to point out blind spots, compliment diverse viewpoint, and make constructive criticism to make a better world; then, an interdependent thinker practices system thinking, holistic thinking and pattern thinking to connect, understand and harmonize the world, in order to make the system (the world) as a whole more superior to just sum of pieces. It is about individual mental set-up too, hence inter-dependency is a premium stage.
World = an interdependent and hyperconnected system with interactive and overlapping components: We live in an interdependent and hyper-connected society which can be perceived through the lenses of sociology, psychology, the economics of education, the anthropology of cultures, economics, organizational and communication sciences, poetical science, and so on. As a matter of fact, people are interdependent whole; organizations are interdependent whole, and global societies are interdependent whole. The survival of our whole civilization may depend on our ability to experience the wholeness of nature and the art of living in harmony, as well as whether we can make a seamless paradigm shift to achieve a state of strategic coherence, structural flexibility, and dynamic balance.
