Nowadays, the geographical borders cannot stop us from communication or collaboration. Still, there is much in the world we do not know nor understand and because of that limitation, we need to choose to continue to communicate, learn, grow and empower people to learn and grow too. Organizations are social realities that emerge from the communication patterns of people. Communication is the coordination mechanism that makes a group of people as a cohesive team to achieve more, keeps the business flow, brings harmony, and encourages change.
Communication clarity directly impacts on the change effectiveness and the speed of digital transformation: Digital communication is sophisticated, but it’s the coordination mechanism to inspire, motivate, articulate, persuade, negotiate, and clarify, to allow a group of people to function as a cohesive team to achieve more and make progressive change possible.
