High-influential global leaders must be a strategic visionary to lead global progress: Cross the geographical or industrial boundaries, people with the diversity of thoughts, character, cognitive differences, skills, styles, and generation account for the majority of our differences. Global perspective is important in a more volatile, uncertain, ambiguous, hyper-connected and globally distributed world as it deepens a holistic understanding of circumstances and people with empathy, sets a directional guide for solving complex problems in a structural way.

At a broader scope, the intention of global leadership is to bridge the multitude of gaps from perception difference to priority preference, for leading global progress and making a better world. The global leaders should be authentic, sharing their viewpoint about things or events happening in their surroundings, their perspective of future global society; their roles in making desired changes, their professional strengths & weakness, presenting the good intention to unleash collective human potential worldwidely.

In dynamic global business environments, there must be a capacity to respond to new and emerging opportunities and to create new opportunities. A global perspective with cultural empathy is important to bridge the leadership gap and develop a more enriched world class leadership profile that advocates inclusiveness and progression. The world-class leaders have a global accent -understanding the multitude of business, technology and global dialect, demonstrating cultural empathy and emotional excellence, embrace different perspectives, and talent, build trust in a dynamic digital and global working environment for leading global changes promptly.

Great leaders are consistent with what they think, say, and do; cool-headed for making tough decisions, rough to deal with thorny issues, and take responsibility for solving crucial problems that benefit the large population in the global base. They are effective leaders, inspiring mentors, and passionate coaches, building competitive global team for co-solving common problems at the worldwide base and leading collective progress relentlessly.

Global leaders know how to collaborate with stakeholders of all stripes, be able to facilitate and orchestrate the multitude of differences, values, cultures and gain a profound understanding of the global business ecosystem. If we don't embrace it, accept it, roll with it, or make it happen, we're not able to run an advanced global society. Global leaders need to be learning agile, keep sharing, updating their knowledge for gaining world-class insight, break down outdated beliefs or conventional wisdoms, and rejuvenate creative energy. Today's global companies need to be organized in keeping with the quantum world, and realize that they will need to renew themselves periodically to cope with change effectively and advance human society cohesively.
