Inspiration awakens us to new possibilities by allowing us to transcend our ordinary experiences and limitations to become more open to changes, unleash human potential.

We are inspired by great people or things. We also inspire others to do certain things because of common goals or interests. Inspiration creates synergy in strengthening positive thinking and influencing. 

High professionals make inspiration and unique influences based on their expertise, communication or cultural understanding.

Inspiring change via exemplary behavior: Change is inevitable, individuals or organizations need to adapt to change all the time. Some changes are manual, others are volunteering; think of behavior change as acting into a new way of thinking and believing. The question to be asked is why are you wanting the change? What do you expect to gain from adopting the change? An inspirational leader or professional can build trust through an empathic message and exemplary actions, change behaviors with the right push, to ensure people make improvement by encouraging the right actions for achieving high performance results.

As a leader, besides exemplary behavior, you should also observe underneath and understand change effects from a long term perspective. If the organizational change management intends to change employees’ behavior through some mandatory rules, often change is not sustainable. Because behavior is the manifestation of attitude; attitude results from thoughts, assumptions, and preferences. Those are the result of years of habits and reinforcement. Usually, the bigger changes come with inspiring the mind and challenging winning attitudes, and then behaviors follow through.

To lead change and spark creativity, communication and participation are important to nurture a culture of change. Great communicators not only articulate what happens today, but also convey the vision of “to be,” because the future is what really matters. There are a variety of communication intentions and styles. Authentic, candid, and strategic communication harnesses trust and encourages problem-solving, especially at the strategic level,

Effective communication needs to be creative and convey the right messages or tell vivid stories. Debating, augmenting, casual conversations, can rejuvenate fresh thinking, shift and shape conversations to enhance quality of interaction, idea generation, and thoughts integration in order to come up with something great. Different communication styles to fit the audience can help to gain empathy, improve communication effectiveness and build high level communication competency.

Inspiring change by empowering change agents
: Change is inevitable, and business transformation is the change but on a grand level. Often, the root cause of change failure is due to the static mindset or inertial attitude. In the organizational setting, to embrace change requires the change of mindset at every level and gain an in-depth understanding that things cannot stay the same. The change agents or champions usually have a “learning wheel” in their mind, demonstrating cognitive competency with a strong mental process of acquiring knowledge through thoughts, experiences, and senses to improve learning agility.

The mind represents our consciousness and awareness. In fact, a human's mind is the most invaluable thing to shape every progress, it’s important to inspire changes by inspiring a growth mindset, clarified logic, creative thinking, and systematic understanding. Inspire change by empowering change agents as they can adopt the right attitude, being willing to experiment, as a basis for then being able to think differently, independently, and globally, for leading transformational changes smoothly.

Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility; motivated to keep moving forward via a necessary “push,” transforming the way they perceive the better future of human society.
