There are many multinational businesses, but very few truly global organizations. There are a variety of human societies, but there is still a long way to go for shaping a harmonized global world.


Contemporary digital societies are organic, hybrid, interdependent, and living, constantly adapting to the ever-changing environment, compared to the industrial organizations and societies that were mechanical and overly hierarchical decades ago. Real societal progress is made through the work of progressive and foreseeable leaders and business professionals who can figure out how to trend the future, capture the great opportunities to unleash collective human potential and build a highly adaptive, intelligent and innovative society.

 

Process integration: Often, many organizations, or the society as a whole that get stuck at the low level of maturity function as a sum of pieces, rather than an integral whole. Having an inclusive culture always helps us learn from diverse people, gain in-depth understanding of a variety of issues, develop an insight of fit vs. misfit, diversity vs. inclusiveness, inclusiveness vs. innovation. Inclusiveness needs to be well embedded in the business culture in a truly global society. The policy is still on the surface, it’s important to build an innovative and inclusive culture, this only happens when the inclusiveness mindset is available to the top leadership team and the processes become more integral to lubricate relationships and enhance knowledge-sharing and collaboration. .
