requiring people to-

comprehend information,

grasp opportunities;

predict risks;

are you able to-

see beyond -

the obvious,

be open to -

true understanding

look around -

the corner,

dig into -

the root cause,

in order to -

solve problems,

thoroughly?

People are both-

so same,

and different;

mindset is -

hidden,

talent is innate,

small changes can make-

big impact,

but the areas of -

highest leverage could be-

the least obvious;

can you -

go beyond -

the obvious;

overcome misjudgment by -

listening to -

both side of-

the story;

see the two face of-

the coin, holistically?


Culture is -

a collective mindset,

attitude,

behavior;

hard to change,

even if -

the need for -

reinvention is-

urgent, obvious;

while 'stretch' seems to-

be the obvious choice,

in each growth cycle,

but if -

you set goals that are-

unreasonable, conflicting,

you will lose opportunities to -

make accomplishment,

significantly,

Logic is -

often not obvious,

hidden inside-

languages,

science,

philosophy,

invisibly;

breakthrough innovation doesn't appear-

on the horizon,

obviously;

you need to keep -

surging up with courage!
