It’s important to assess the qualifications of people objectively based on attitude, altitude, and aptitude, in order to put them in the right position, to solve the right problems smoothly.


In the age of rapid change and information abundance, the knowledge work has become more complex. Business professionals need to work hard for developing their expertise and building their professional portfolio; be prolific to produce premium outcomes with consistency. 

We are responsible for doing the best with what we have been given in the current condition. Hardworking is one of the critical variables in assessing performance, or creating success formulas. The assessment of hardworking should be based on multidimensional parameters such as performance, learning agility, focus, innovation, accountability, etc, to reach a high level of professionalism qualitatively and quantitatively.

So it is important to manage the plan, effort, and time scientifically; set the right priority, to focus on things that really matter, and be held accountable for getting the work done effectively. With the right amount and type of effort applied with good timing, you will be on the right track to achieve your ultimate goals strategically.

Working hard should go hand in hand with working smarter, by having the right mindset and attitude:
Information becomes more intensive, professional work becomes more complex, it is important to shape the fitting mindset and the right attitude, work both hard and smart. You need to keep your hands on the wheel, eyes open, and ears to the ground, understand your work environment, understand what is required to be done. You need to have the right resources, tools, processes, and methodologies; channel your energy into what is expected of you. You should be clear on balancing "thinking & doing" to improve professional quality, creativity, and productivity, etc.

Hardworking shouldn’t be thought as of being exhausted, overwork only; it’s about dedication, prioritizing, iterating, learning and working on a rhythm of sustained delivery. Ultimately, you can be both hardworking and effortless by improving knowledge fluidity, cognitive understanding, thoughtful plot, strategic alignment or high-level professionalism. Assess hardworking of people via evaluating how insightfully they can share opinions; how dedicatedly they can accomplish their work, how cooperatively they can work as a team; how dependably they can produce quality outcomes, etc.

You cannot wait for something to happen, being inquisitive, learning new things, being innovative, and building professional capabilities is part of progressive hardworking scenario.

For today's hyper-diverse, digital-savvy workforce, it’s important to build a hardworking culture, encourage innovation and improve collective performance smoothly. Continuously try to improve, develop, and change everything in a prioritized order, be held setting goals and schedule, time to make sure the work gets done smoothly.
