to ensure organizations are -

the right direction,

head to the destination, 

smoothly.

Digital transformation represents-

a break from -

the past,

having a high level of -

impact, complexity.

Can you sense problems,

in their smallest state,

before they grow-

bigger, become fatal?

Could you prevent-

risks from happening?

resolve problems,

philosophically,

psychologically?

Governance is not-

about controlling only,

but about -

collaboration, harmony.

Governance is -

not about maximization,

but about optimization.

Without governance,

management is -

mediocre;

without governance,

leadership get lost,

at a certain point.

Isn’t governance about -
