Do you truly understand-

different situations,

cognitive, relational,

assertive, peer-to-peer actions,

on a day to day basis,

autonomously?

Can you keep -

energy flow from -

outer reality,

attempt to change -

steady state of -

inner self for-

generating novel ideas,

inspirationally?

Through autonomy,

people can relate to -

themselves,

to their experience of-

environments,

and others around them,

interconnectedly;

autonomy enable -

true meritocracy,

unleash -

human potentiality,

collectively.


People,

organizations,

societies cannot-

stand still;

the are like-

organic system,

keep evolving;

catch up with -

the speed of change,

manually or autonomously.

What's the obstacle to-

achieve full autonomy?

Isn't complexity -

one cause for -

divergence between-

alignment and autonomy?

Where there is -

alignment,

autonomous action ought to-

be possible.

enable us to -

identify talent,

build strengths,

spend more time on -

spurring creativity,

proactively.

Autonomy and alignment are -

not rivals,

but two faces of-

the same coin;

holistically.

Shall we let-

people take-

responsibility,

enforce accountability,

keep focused to-

learn, grow, change,

make accomplishment,

continuously.

Can we reinvent-

our diverse world,

autonomously & collaboratively?
