To make a seamless business transformation involves internalization of the defined corporate values, culture, and conceptual model, the newly established behaviors will be in harmony with the internalized values; understanding of how business relationships, market dynamics, and the connections between related business functions work help business professionals shape their viewpoints from multifaceted lenses, leverage talent, resources, processes, and technologies to perform a set of activities for achieving high-performance business results.

Analyzing the cause and effect upon how business performance is actually being generated, as well as key leverage to improve it:
If businesses get stagnated or dysfunctional, organizational management needs to dig into the root causes, rather than fix symptoms only. Because of interconnectivity and the many potential options in a complex system, sometimes a small effect in one place can cause a cascade of events that produce a nonlinear impact.
