Inspiration

Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility; from sympathy to empathy, and transforms the way we perceive one’s unleashed potential and better future of human society.

Inspiration is an innate emotion to impact our actions on doing something great. It includes visioning, influencing, innovating, motivating, trust, confidence, diplomacy, role modeling etc.

Collectively, inspiration is the glue to make talent, hard work, ideas, and dreams to become reality and make all that count!

Nothing truly great can happen without innovation: Inspiration creates synergy in strengthening positive thinking and influencing. We are inspired by great people or things such as role models, compelling stories, literature, movies, etc. We also inspire others to do certain things because of common goals or interests. An inspirational leader can build trust through an empathic message and exemplary actions. A strong leader can inspire you and lead to motivation to drive change.

Inspiration is something that elicits an awe or admiration that can also motivate you to action. Inspiration shapes a high-level view; it involves a bigger perspective and a longer range view. Inspiration is the critical catalyst which drives you to do something exciting and achieve more. It perceives the future and motivates actions. While inspiration is not the same as effort, the effort is an essential condition for inspiration.

Inspiration is to reflect who you are, encourage authenticity, and compete for uniqueness: Inspiration is the key driver of creativity. It means that you are at the most creative status when you get inspired to think independently and act differently. Inspiration is to provoke deep thinking for capturing insight of the things.

Inspiration is a feeling that is more transient; inspiration awakens you to new possibilities by allowing you to transcend the ordinary experiences and limitations to something bigger, exciting, purposeful. You have to have the desire and be willing to challenge yourself to be all you can be.

Inspiration is the “pull” factor for the continuum of motivation: Inspiration is an innate spirit which comes from a power greater than yourself. Inspiration is best thought of as a surprising interaction between your current knowledge and the information you receive from the world. There are things you can do to increase the likelihood of inspiration occurring. It could become a wow factor for pulling all the great things inside you such as intellectual curiosity, creativity, confidence, etc, together for taking a smart action scenario and rolling imagination into reality.

In the team or organization, inspiration matters because it pulls all great talent, fresh viewpoints or ideas, hard & smart work, resources, etc, in the same direction for getting some great things done, and achieving qualitative results impressively. In doing so, you can create collegiality and "shared context for learning." That, in turn, should lead to more "inspirations," which will further fuel collaboration in innovative initiatives and enterprises nascent to their communities or environments.

Great things are inspirational. Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility; from sympathy to empathy, and transforms the way we perceive one’s unleashed potential and better future of human society. Inspiration influences mindsets and motivates behaviors. Inspiration is a progressive thing.
