So, addressing the correct need is what determines the right problem and solves them effectively.

As we move forward towards more radical business transformation with nonlinearity and cross-disciplinarity, the problems become over-complex and interconnected, usually have many causes and can be very complex, you can't figure out the exact cause and effect so the solutions are vague.

It is important to experiment, explore, engage and strike the right balance between flexibility and hard process; understand customers’ wants & needs, provide alternative solutions to them, take multistage logical scenarios and create multiple pathways to solve problems smoothly.

It’s important to absorb knowledge quintessential, but remove or discourage the negative mindset or attitudes: There are multiple, inter-related dynamics in business circumstances today, change is inevitable. It has been said that to embrace change requires a change of mindset at every level of the organization, and an understanding that things cannot stay the same. Everyone can take the time to listen to and create some space to realign by pondering: What is important to us? What do we value? This is the groundwork that has to be done at all levels prior to initiating major change.

Today, problem-solving is complex. Often, people are looking for quick fixes to the problems they perceive; fixing the wrong cause of a problem will waste time and resources, increase anxiety, and disengage people. It’s important to really dig beneath the superficial layer, to understand correlation and causation. When you understand the interconnectivity and root causes of issues that need to be taken care of, you may well define a starting point to break it through, and handle them smoothly. The creative logic behind problem-solving is about embracing new perspectives, breaking down conventional thinking boxes, discovering patterns, balancing creativity and logic, applying interdisciplinary knowledge to pinpoint correlation, in order to solve or resolve problems holistically.

Insightful digital leaders with “discovery eyes” can see through patterns, discover potential, capture substance, and abstract wisdom quintessential:
The philosophy behind the leadership is to build a competitive team and develop more leaders to encourage the creation of an environment in which all feel the need to demonstrate leadership disciplines, to take responsibility for achieving high performance results. Leaders need to observe, perceive, and pay attention to the myriad of internal, external, national or global forces that define and influence the way we do business these days.

In reality, there does appear to be a multidimensional leadership gap. It’s crucial to go through multidimensional analysis, practice nonlinear thinking, and frame bigger thinking boxes cross-disciplinarily. Leadership philosophy is methodical and has deliberate processes for identifying questions, reasoning, and thinking outside the box to abstract wisdom quintessential. Digital leaders with philosophical understanding can think, ask, and communicate to reach a point of agreement for setting up the right digital principles, navigate uncertainty, frame or solve problems in a structural way.

It’s crucial to bring greater awareness of people's dynamics, resource alignment, knowledge influence, cultural quintessential, or technological touches:
Organizations today are diverse, you need to utilize technology to gather the data from multiple sources & leverage advanced analytics in talent management; look through the alternative talent pipeline, source talented people across geographical locations to solve problems smoothly.

Constructing a talent-potential landscape is a structural design process to improve business workforce management. There is a gap in the business system, it’s important to identify the root cause of low performance and competency gaps, help to streamline and identify root causes immediately and give practical guidance for improving talent relevant data and using it in creative ways to gain predictive insight and competitive advantage for achieving high performance results.

Complex problems often do not have simple solutions, some may look simple, but there is a lot of effort needed to put in. Problems that arise in organizations are almost always the product of interactions of parts, never the action of a single part. So, addressing the correct need is what determines the right problem and solves them effectively. The goal is to pursue an optimal solution to fix the real problem and reach higher than expected results .
