Our world is -

complex,

diverse,

ambiguous;

people just follow -

conventional wisdom;

there are -

inherent limitations in-

initiating conversations with-

people of differences;

we need to -

be humble,

admit to -

our unconscious bias;

it takes-

a conscious effort to -

set them aside,

hold them in abeyance.



It takes courage,

mental toughness to -

break through -

conventional wisdom;

it takes -

curiosity, creativity to

ask insightful questions,

capture fresh insight;

it takes -

strength of -

character, confidence,

not to be threatened by -

our differences;

it takes courage, persistence,

determination to-

reach knowledge confluence,

make criticisms;

it takes -

effort, energy, discipline to -

update knowledge,

accumulate experience;

to make an influence.
