Innerconnectivelogic

The management should apply nonlinear logic to understand dynamic processes and interconnectivity between problems for improving problem solving effectiveness and organizational maturity.

Organizations today are hyper-connected and interdependent, to build an information-based society, organizations have to be linked to the many and varying touchpoints between itself and its ecosystem environment.

The nonlinear vertical business logic comes through different characteristics such as mixed structures, hyper-diversity, and increased flux to harness communication, enhance business relationships and make seamless change.

Innerconnective logic: The world now becomes more advanced, over-complex, hyperconnected, businesses are transforming from siloed functions, into a connected whole. Organizational leaders and professionals need to apply a holistic view and inner-connective logic to understand dynamic business processes and interconnectivity in a managerial context, facilitate planning and communication, orchestrate the business interrelationship between people and process, align resources and talent, take customized approaches to solve critical problems, and make the continuous adjustment.

Unfortunately, many organizations are still operated in silos with all sorts of frictions. Although linear logic helps to break down things to the pieces, sometimes it ignores the interconnectivity between parts and the whole. It is important to reconnect the missing links, strengthen the weak links in the organization, understand the systemic wholeness, to see the interconnectedness of the parts and the whole. It’s about seeing interrelationships rather than isolated things. The management needs to leverage nonlinear logic for understanding patterns of changes rather than static “snapshots” to improve business effectiveness.

Interactive logic:
Organizations and their people learn through their interactions with the environment. Relationships exist with people. There are multi-layer professional business relationships that are intertwined and need to be managed. More than technology, an effective professional relationship can bridge business success.

In management practice, there is a type of the business where the relationship might be a make or break situation; so either making communication or teaming up to harness collaboration, fit the different audience, tailor the special needs to build up the long-term emphatic relationships; enhance information flows, organizational interactions and relationships. The better you are fluent with interactive logic, the more you will be appreciated and the more productive your ideas will become.

Interpretive logic: Every organizational function has its own focus and dialect. “lost in translation” is the common pitfall in business management. Misinterpretation is perhaps caused by pre-conceptual judgment, assumptions, or simply lack of deeper understanding enlarges communication gaps, causes misjudgment or mistrust, or dysfunctional business management.

Cross the organizational hierarchy, strategy communication has to be customized from a general management background to technical background employees. It’s important to be fluent in different business dialects, clarify communication logic, enhance common business understanding, harness business collaboration, and convey the right message in the right format to tailor different audiences for improving business productivity and performance.

Organizations become more complex, logic could be perceived from different angles, but more importantly, needs to be proven, abstracted to a certain level for clarifying sequence and consequences. The management should apply nonlinear logic to understand dynamic processes and interconnectivity between problems for improving problem solving effectiveness and organizational maturity.
