Illustrate "Leader vs Manager"

A great leader does need to- manage "at time”; a great manager does need to- lead "at times"; can we all become- a leader or manager, to a certain degree?

Leaders are -

visionaries,

moving forward for-

growth, inspirationally;

managers are-

implementers to-

make things happen,

smoothly.

Leaders inspire -

people to -

think louder, further, deeper,

reach for-

what can be;

managers execute to-

what is,

rolling planning into -

reality, steadfastly;

Leaders define, articulate-

their vision,

effectively,

managers facilitate, communicate to

make it happen,

efficiently.

Leaders invite -

debates and challenges for-

innovation;

managers are capable of -

organizing, making-

smooth transitions.

The primary role of-

leadership is about -

creating change,

inspiring the masses toward -

the future, optimistically;

the primary objective of-

management is-

creating order,

administrating assignments to-

achieve targeted results.

tangibly.

A great leader does need to-

manage "at time”;

a great manager does need to-

lead "at times";

can we all become-

a leader or manager,

to a certain degree?
