In-depth understanding: Information is growing exponentially, understanding requires a person's ability to grasp or comprehend information. It's important to analyze and synthesize information, how deep your understanding is based on the mindset, logic, philosophy, methodology you leverage to interpret things. It’s important to examine your thought processes and make sure they are open to true understanding and reach a high level of cognitive maturity. In-depth understanding leads to putting more thoughts into things and searching for flaws in decisions and knowing the real issues are, that widens the possibility of coming up with alternative solutions.

Interpersonal communication, intrapersonal communication: Communication is the bridge between thoughts and words. Miscommunication or misinterpretation is a common pitfall which is often caused by misinformation, perception gaps, lack of deeper understanding or appropriate communication skills. To build communication competency, pay more attention to communication content -what's your message; communication context or communication style and communication channel, and harness cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Insightful changeability: Great change agents are people who have an optimistic mindset, updated knowledge, and life lessons about changes. Because of their insightful know-how, they will be the ones to see the need for change. They are self-confident, instill positive psychology, encourage and support their associates to go further on things that are important for the organizations. Change agents have an open mind, realize the threats and appreciate the opportunities, and have the passion for making things happen. They constantly seek the better way to do things, have the ability to play the right role and know which to play, and when, and how.

Interactive learning: With abundant knowledge, learning is the key to move forward, address any future potential challenges and issues with more confidence. The shift from the reactive learning mentality to proactive learning attitude enables individuals to look forward, improving their learning agility. Learning is a constant process; the professional workforce today needs to become self-driven, must have the attitude to keep learning, as well as have learning aptitude and intelligence To become learning-agile, business professionals have to learn and relearn all the time and then apply those lessons to succeed in new situations, have the willingness to seek out updated knowledge, gain an in-depth understanding, address their ignorance and become better problem solvers.

Innovativeness:
Innovation is all about how to disrupt outdated thinking and the old way to do things. Innovators demonstrate varying creative traits such as intellectual curiosity, interdisciplinary knowledge, learning plasticity, openness to experience, tolerance of ambiguity, creative problem-solving, and risk-taking attitude. Innovators can ask open questions, identify blind spots or mind gaps, in order to shape a bigger box of thinking, and identify the issues behind the scenes. In fact, to deal with varying tough situations and complex issues, people cannot keep flexing their creative muscle without continuously learning new knowledge, interpreting, analyzing information and recognizing useful patterns and spur ideas relentlessly
