Global leaders should integrate diverse talent, beliefs, cultures, to improve communication effectiveness, harness collaboration, and reinvent a highly collaborative and innovative global community for advancing humanity.

Compared to the industrial era with static information and overly restrictive geographical or industrial boundaries, the information-based global society today has the very characteristics of hyperdiversity, knowledge abundance, cultural enrichment, economic interdependence, etc. It requires the great vision to embrace inclusiveness as the globe theme to drive collective progress at the grand level and make transcendental influence on the evolution of human species.



Knowledge abundance: The world is full of enriched global knowledge, talent, and culture abundance. Being global means you expand the horizon, bring fresh insight with cross-functional, cross-sector and cross-cultural perspectives; improve interdisciplinary knowledge proficiency, develop cultural empathy, motivate and make people go where they have never been before, and improve global knowledge fluidity.

Knowledge Management is about making all types of global knowledge -implicit, explicit, and tacit, accessible in different situations and global contexts as needed to create values. Insightful global professionals can engage with stakeholders of all stripes worldwidely; abstract various perspectives into world class insight based on an updated knowledge and interdisciplinary understanding. Technically, to keep global knowledge updated, an essential role for knowledge management involves the use of efficient technologies and processes of capturing, developing, sharing, and using organizational knowledge timely; connect ideas but also people, coach people in organizing their personal knowledge mastery, and integrate collective knowledge into invaluable global assets, with the aim of optimizing the value that is generated.

Leadership harmonization: Global society is dynamic and diverse; leadership is complex and leading across cultures is more complex because there are many variables in it. Global leadership is about harmonizing and orchestrating toward the next level of prosperity of human society. An integral global innovation system enables organizations to recognize challenges, understand boundaries, deal with constraints, frictions, bridge a variety of gaps seamlessly.
