It’s a quiet, soothing day,

don’t you believe-

another Christmas is coming,

with its typical holiday charming;

Isn’t the time to-

let it be;

relax, reflect, renew,

offer, receive gifts to-

show caring

touch hearts,

connect minds,

thoughtfully?

Aren’t we -

all individuals with -

different grades of -

humanness?


Holiday season is for -

recharging, recovering;

it is the time to -

neither over-thinking,

nor stop-pondering;

keep our mind free,

thoughts flow over,

naturally;

put our ego aside,

be a sensible being;

originally;

look, listen, feel,

taste, touch, ponder,

demonstrate kindness,

compassion,

friendliness,

universal love,

toward all beings,

comprehensively.
