An organization at any scale that can retain an overall sense of vision and purpose, can communicate effectively, improve continuously: From top down, to make a smooth business transformation, the objective assessment of business leadership, strategic planning, talent pool, process effectiveness, will help to make scientific resource alignment, overcome organizational friction to achieve the expected results consistently. It helps to reflect on its own limitations honestly and respond to change dynamically. It’s also important to set updated rules and break down overly rigid hierarchies. It is an assessment of employee engagement, meaning associated with their work flexibility, professional growth and freedom to increase people centricity and realize business purpose.
