Either at the individual or the organizational level, to create a positive change tomorrow, we need to start today, understanding ourselves, reshaping our thinking and recasting the way we view ourselves, the systems of which we are the part of the environments in which we live, and the way we view the world, in order to make fair judgment, solve problems effectively and lead organizational transformation smoothly.
