We live in -

a global dynamic,

with constantly changing,

all around us,

are we able to -

dig beneath -

superficial layers,

see around the corner,

finds common ground,

turns around -

tough situations,

to overcome challenges,

advance human race,

collaboratively?



Rushing up to-

move around,

leaves us-

exhausted;

growth is impossible,

until we understand-

ourselves, deep enough,

value the strength,

we never knew-

we had,

ponder around:

where does it come from,

our mind or our heart?

People prefer to -

their old circle,

without bothering to -

remove the dust,

around them,

question unknowns,

challenge status quo;

can you recognize innovators,

change agents;

encourage -

fresh inquiries;

facilitate coaching up,

sideways and all around,

celebrate -

diversity of values,

talents around -

common core,

insightfully?


Around every meaningful thought,

there is-

hidden logic in it;

around impressive accomplishment,

there are-

lots of effort in it;

Isn’t success to-

turn around;

develop character from -

difficulties,

overcome -

negative emotions;

bend over,

in order to

make a leap?
