People are always the weakest link in organizations; a degree of quality is in everything people do and experience. Quality is everyone’s business; touch all important perspectives of the business. 

Quality management should focus not only on the quality of products and services but also the quality of people, process, structure to achieve the high level of business maturity.

Quality information: In order to prevent a problem in a timely manner, it’s about applying quality data to forecast what will happen in the business and develop a predicting model based on the information you have to develop business agility. By “quality data”; it means clean, organized, actionable data from which to extract relevant insight for forecasting what will happen in the business, and taking steps further, what they should do upon it, to prevent problems at the strategic level.

Technically, streamlining and standardization of information management processes is an essential prerequisite to providing effective information integration solutions for orchestrating business synchronization and increasing management consistency.

Quality leadership, management, professionalism: High-quality enterprise consists of high-quality people who can produce high-quality products & services, develop high-quality business capabilities or processes. The most important thing is to define quality as leadership and quality as management. What is required is clarifying the purpose and engaging all the people involved working together as a team to excel in quality refinement.

Quality leadership is the capacity to leverage quality information in ways that inform and enlighten the management teams. Quality Management is the capacity to optimize systems or processes and inspire support to achieve goals across boundaries holistically.

In order to get quality out of anything whether it is people or process, you need to provide investment, dedication, and commitment. Quality assessment is to evaluate both individual and team performance on how effectively they can improve the quality of products/service, their capability/capacity, as well as their agility to bring business to the next level of maturity.

Quality assessment is based on a determinable outcome. And quality is assessed through consideration of completeness, consistency of levels, consideration of value chain/value stream/other reference model. The focus is necessary to maintain or improve quality because there can be positive impacts as well as negative needs to be on capabilities.

Quality shines through proficiency, consistency, simplicity, reliability, and coherence, etc. Everyone has some role in quality; monitor quality and take corrective measures when necessary and possible. The "people, process, technology" must be defined and maintained to support the quality goal and improve overall organizational quality and maturity.
