Achieve more, achieve less; can we bridge the difference, by working together, closely; complementing each other’s expertise, smoothly; are we able to-perfect “the art of innovation,” make high achievement, collectively?
we all want to-
do meaningful things,
explore the future,
purposefully;
do we have -
the right mix of -
attitude plus aptitude to-
make achievement,
impressively?
People are different,
with their own set of-
mindset, attitude,
talent, strength;
can they present-
confidence, candor, humility to-
understand themselves, deeply,
with the intention to discover -
who they are,
where they are going to be,
in order to make-
achievement,
professionally?
For every change,
there is clue,
hidden inside;
for every progression,
resources are there;
but to make-
high achievement,
you need to -
have great altitude,
a pair of discovery eyes with-
clear vision,
applying human intelligence,
to achieve “the art of possible,”
adventurously?
Change is-
the only constant,
there is no way to-
guarantee great achievement;
it takes planning,
learning,
innovating to-
build differentiated competency,
enable true meritocracy,
to support -
“circumstantiality” between-
professionalism and achievement,
dynamically.
Top talented people are chosen,
moving ahead on-
the basis of -
their achievement;
innovation will happen when-
people are given-
free space to -
be creative without -
conventional wisdom,
overly rigid rules for -
blocking their mind;
holding them back, negatively.
Achieve more,
achieve less;
can we bridge the difference,
by working together, closely;
complementing each other’s expertise, smoothly,
are we able to-
perfect the art of innovation,
make high achievement,
collectively?
