It takes a lot of effort and resources to make change happen; for the transformative change, it involves multidimensional planning, seamless execution and orchestration.

In today's VUCA new normal, most of the changes are complex processes, there is a deep learning curve behind them. The perils of Change Management wastes a lot of resources and causes a lot of pain. It’s always crucial to fully understand change curves and have a sense of urgency to make change happen with a steadfast speed. 

During the journey of change, there are many accumulated steps and perhaps a few leapfrogs. Acceleration means to speed up the organizational transformation to build the business competency for long-term growth.

Change is the journey starting with the right attitude and a sense of urgency: The motivation for change is because of the need, the urgency, the competition, the acquisition of some new capacity that creates the difference between "should" and "is." Context can be altered with urgency or the perception of urgency. The good moment to change is when the top senses the urgency and the bottom feels the pain, and change inertia is minimized via common understanding. It needs to have a sense of urgency because vision, decisiveness, and a proactive attitude are crucial to initiating changes in the marketplace. Instill common vision, purpose, passion, and a sense of urgency to act, improve.

The remedy is to question why change is urgent and dismantle that:
Change starts with a "sense of urgency" which can only come from top management who can capture the signal for changes now, reboot mindsets. Change occurs at the level of the individual and it is only when the top has a sense of urgency, Nowadays, change is dynamic and it’s in small adaptations that tilt scales, but also in big paradigm shifts that rebuild the scales.Context can be altered with urgency or the perception of urgency, in the marketplace. The majority of people are on the journey that the real results start to emerge, look like alongside the impetus and sense of urgency, toward the destination at the right speed.

Being holistic suggests a genuine sense of exploration and innovation or simply creative problem-solving:
Fully understand change curves and have a sense of urgency - take a steadfast speed. It’s important to create a sense of urgency, set the right priority, stretch up, but not stress out to boost creative energy for solving problems innovatively. Urgency serves as a driving force to address a specific problem or turn an idea into results. Change is now the business new normal, Change Management is no longer a few business initiatives, but a systematic management discipline and the ongoing business competency.
