Communication is to-
unify, not divide;
negotiation is to -
win with purposes,
make a deal,
fairly.
At the negotiation table,
everything is dynamic,
some are under control,
some perhaps not;
respect self, others with empathy by-
being non-judgmental,
active listening,
logical reasoning,
balancing between -
tolerance and understanding in-
getting message across,
deal-making fairly.
Good negotiators are-
good “informants” -
in knowledge, expertise,
excellent negotiators are-
visionaries, influencers -
help others -
see the future unfolded,
brightly;
great negotiators are -
educators -
teach others something,
they perhaps do not know;
collaborate, compete,
professionally;
global negotiators are -
“multi-linguists”;
switch back & forth from -
different national languages,
diverse professional dialects,
fluently.
Communication is-
the tool to -
solve problems,
languages are the tools to -
make communications;
isn’t negotiation -
professional communication,
not for its own sake,
but to co-solve problems,
improve humanity;
