Leadership comes in-

all ages, forms, styles;

leadership is to bridge,

not to divide;

leadership is to innovate,

not a status quo;

leadership is -

complex yet simple;

complex in that -

there are different characteristics

that are considered,

numerous variables need to-

be weighed in;

simplicity in that -

the substance of -

leadership never changes,

it’s all about-

vision & direction;

innovation & progression.

Leadership is a mindset,

a contextual phenomenon,

a manifestation of insight.

There are those who-

seek the justification of-

leadership via -

virtuous qualities;

there are others who-

search for -

the truth of leadership via -

abstract wisdom.

Leadership is less about -

command-control,

more about-

mind-connecting,

heart-touching influencing.


Leadership is birthed by-

a conviction of -

a sense of purpose ;

leadership is a competency to -

make influence through-

vision, inspiration,

motivate others by-

passion, dedication..

Isn’t leadership -

a humbling experience,
