Illuminateobjectivity

 Being objective-not only takes -intelligence, but wisdom, as the next step in - lifting humanity.

When we only want to-

see things from -

our own point of view,

see what we want to see,

hear what we want to hear,

often we miss the point of -

being objective.

Objectivity is-

an art we try to-

develop in our perception,

a value addition to -

our character,

for handling circumstances,

without irrational exuberance;

overdose negativity,

wisely.

Objectivity is -

the science,

we set standards;

leverage quality information to

analyze,

examine the facts to -

overcome unconscious bias,

misjudgment

fairly.

Many people intend to

be objective,

but being objective is -

easy to say,

hard to achieve;

the best we can do is to -

be consciously aware,

data is filtered,

do our best to -

make sure our filters-

support thriving;

part of objectivity evolves-

self-criticism,

be open and flexible to-

new ways of thinking,

discover truth from myth.

informatively.

Objectivity is -

of great importance,

in different aspects of -

professionalism.

Can you think -

critically, independently?

Are you open to -

embrace diverse perspectives,

understand situations,

holistically?

Can you always see-

the two sides of a coin,

listen to the stories from-

different perspectives,

impartially?

Do you have -

the right dose of gut-feeling,

fresh knowledge,

to make sound judgment,

consistently?

Being objective-

not only takes -

intelligence,

but wisdom,

as the next step in -

lifting humanity.
