Initiatives

Know when to move forward and when to take a pause, self-reflect, learn & relearn, realize the strategic goals of the organization, and produce higher-than expected business outcomes coherently.

All business initiatives should achieve some business result directly or indirectly. The bulk of information, methods, talent and approaches involved speaks in favor of the scientific approach for business initiative management.

The unique thoughts, emergent trends, and updated knowledge, etc, are all that captivates professionals with intellectual curiosity to ask insightful questions, make deep observations, spur creativity, and develop differential core competency.

Innovative organization today asks for a new mindset, a connected world image, global consciousness, and cognitive intelligence, etc. Whether we like it or not, as long as humans are unique, their mindsets, views, opinions, culturess, etc are equally unique and diversified. The culture of innovation starts with a culture of participation because employees want to make a difference in learning and development, to do meaningful work. Inclusion is strongly supported by management teams, all levels in the organization can reap the benefits of personal and professional growth, weaving all critical business factors such as processes, technologies, people, culture, etc, into differentiated business competencies.

Innovation is about moving forward. There is no standing still. Continuous movement is what makes things happen. And if business consciousness at every stage of evolution is synchronized with the spirit of nature; it’s able to keep an organization dynamic and energetic, inclusive culture is nourishing and fluid; lead radical change, and accelerate business performance. innovation is ripened when the power of influence is based on acute observation, insightful understanding, courageous questioning, unconventional connectivity, and deep penetration.

An agile management philosophy advocates “Iteration, Interaction, Improvement”: Philosophy can allow people to see the cause and effect thoroughly for improving organizational manageability. Even presently, philosophy seems to be a completely different discipline from science, but philosophy is the foundation of science. All the insightful managers love the information- knowledge - wisdom.

Many organizations are in the survival mode subconsciously; but sometimes they can reach the “conscious or even superconscious” mode to drive transformative changes proactively. The overall outcome of the management philosophy and artifacts is the set of structures in use within the business and enterprise ecosystem. If senior management holds to a philosophy that planning things is better than reacting to them, setting philosophical principles to encourage desired corporate attitude & behavior, monitoring performance and handling risks effectively, advocating “interaction, iteration, improvement,” they will see the essential benefits of the philosophy of agile management.

Understand multifaceted business logic, either as business language logic, process logic, business model logic, change logic, or autonomy logic, etc:
In large complex organizations, there are multi-functional dialects, to engage employees, you have to understand each other empathetically, communicate with each other. Even better if all parties can speak the language of business. You cannot conceive of any types of language without logic. Business management needs to take initiatives for clarifying business logics, demonstrating their organizational abilities for growth and innovation. It can offer the opportunity for senior management to determine whether they are supporting the business model innovation, transformative changes.

High effective leaders encourage the staff to improve their proficiency in work by managing iterative thinking, agile learning, proactive acting continuum, and making continuous deliveries. In high-performance teams, by clarifying business logic, the selection of roles is assigned automatically and naturally, focusing on creating the right atmosphere in which people can take ownership of their processes and participate in various activities to boost performance or catalyze innovation.

Organizational reputation and success today are founded on innovation and to a very large extent, the most invaluable asset of the business is talented people. Don't waste your time hiding or keeping yourself from accumulating invaluable experiences of learning, experimenting, innovating. Know when to move forward and when to take a pause, self-reflect, learn & relearn, realize the strategic goals of the organization, and produce higher-than expected business outcomes coherently.
