Illuminatefrictionlessly

The friction to- change decreases - productivity, diminishes passion; decelerates speed, unfortunately.

Information abundant era is -

about flow;

data flow,

idea flow,

process flow,

talent flow;

the voyage of -

progress is -

still full of frictions;

when different people hold-

their set of common beliefs,

conventional wisdom,  

pull in-

 the different directions,

change gets stuck,

innovation is stalled,

inevitably.

The friction to-

change decreases -

productivity,

diminishes passion;

decelerates speed, unfortunately.

can we peel back -

layer after the layer of-

thoughts, attitudes, behaviors,

to discover why-

we think, feel, operate -

the way we do,

how we get set back,

enlarge gaps;

create obstacles,

ignore the world of difference?

Shall we change -

the belief that -

shapes the thoughts,

fluctuates emotions,

to lubricate relationships,

streamline change,

understand people,

empathetically;

make a transition from -

silo to-holism, frictionlessly;

Being frictionless is-

a state of flow, fluency;

calmness; lucidity;

break the journey of-

change down into -

multiple stages, logically;

take up -

meaningful activities on-

 multi-sided platforms,

correspondingly to -

form a stepping stone for-

the next big leap of humanity,

boundarylessly.
