Leadership is-

an influence, a bridge;

are you-

giving people sufficient time to -

voice opinions,

open to criticism,

provide feedback,

share divers viewpoint,

recognize, value differences,

demonstrate mutual respect,

build trust, freely?

Can you create -

an upcycle of -

exploration, experience,

make improvement, iteratively?
