They need to understand the maturity of customer-centric practices quantitatively & qualitatively across all measures and at specific section levels. Normally, organizations look for performance indicators measuring business results generated by business initiatives efforts. They choose the right measurement by deciding which are seen as critical to making progress in order to generate more benefits.

 Making an objective assessment by selecting the right measures and measuring them right are both art and science. The goal of business management assessment is to leverage trade-off, make improvement and develop the competency of the organization.

Organizational net promoter score acts as a leading indicator of growth: There are both objective and subjective components, direct & indirect factors to measure customer value effectively. Whatever tool is used, it must be able to provide actionable data. Net promoter score measures customers’ overall experience of corporate brand.

Reality might look quite different, especially in terms of recommendations to people with buying power and ambitions. Often, there is a gap in that customers are signaling a high portion of value coming from 'product,' but businesses don't understand explicitly what. Through understanding the net promoter score comprehensively, businesses are able to dig into the root cause of business problems and increase business value and customer centricity.

Agility assessment is the measure of ability to recognize, act and benefit from changing business circumstances: Change is increasing its speed; often the team cannot have an absolute destination. You have a vision about where you want to go; but need to keep changing your destination based on new learnings and emerging trends.

People quality often decides the quality of the other part of the business. As a degree of quality is in everything people do and experience, quality management is to help them in doing what they are doing better, easier.

How quality is defined and measured is crucial for long term business success. Where there is ineffectiveness and inefficiency in business management, there are quality gaps existing. The quality check includes making an objective assessment of business management effectiveness, efficiency, reliability, safety, etc. In addition, quality management evolves design thinking and innovation to reach the high level of people-centricity.
