Initiatives

Dealing with dynamic business reality is a strategic perspective to drive change, and orchestrating business transformation.

The reality is dynamic today; the focal point of management needs to be based on the future trend, based on the varying situations, based on the interconnectivity of subsystems; and based on what the business ecosystem requires for its long-term sustenance.

A system by its very nature moves through a range of stability and a set of interrelationships. So, an organization or a society as a system has to be outcome focused, with the desired end state.

Looking at things from various sides does not make anything complex, it is a process to simplify: Every system has this side, that side, the interaction of both sides. The secret lies in "imagining" a perspective of the whole coin as you aspire towards truth. See things from different angles without pushing toward the one that you think is the truth.

From the problem-solving perspective, you don’t need to agree completely with the other side's viewpoint, but you can always gain empathy, insight, and fresh perspective to see things holistically, and to do things alternatively, To get “just right" simplicity, you would have to address the complexities of the subject matter and have the minimum required complexity to enforce clarity.

Inquiry with scientific reasoning necessitates an approach which is interdisciplinary, and practical, based on concrete evidence and reflective on the process itself: Scientific discipline is precise, exact and can be accurately and logically represented and reused. Science just tells us about the practical utility and scope of material things by way of structured methods and empirical data sets.

Scientific inquiries help to validate how thorough and deep your team's thinking is on a particular issue objectively; it can also assess whether they consider various different perspectives in a structural way. Science enables people to bake special formulas to make things in all sizes & shapes.

Relating purpose and cause and effect is useful to gain an understanding of an organization or society from a hypothesis about a system's behavior: There is a purpose that comes from within one’s conscious and collective consciousness. We also have purposes that arise from our interactions with others. These are basic instincts that have a key role in shaping what externally we see as our ideals – enlightenment. They too are influenced by unconscious emotions that manifest as social, political, technical values, etc.

The cause-effect analysis does have to rely on different levels of abstraction; depending on complexity, you can adjust the level of abstraction by applying inductive through deductive logic; clear cause-effect, in order to deal with complex reality effectively.

An open system with different levels of information granularity, can incorporate both ends and means to generate value rather than try to control: To understand the digital business or the world as a complex adaptive system requires a logical understanding of how the things have come together, being 'built,” as well as how to leverage the systematic understanding for fine-tuning underneath processes, structure.

Information analysis brings up business foresight, customer insight, incorporates both ends and means to solve strategic and technical problems facing society and overcome the challenges facing mankind, with the purpose to generate value consistently. .

People and organizations now can learn faster in a time when leading strategists were arguing that the only sustainable advantage was to learn faster than your competition and unleash full digital potential. Dealing with dynamic business reality is a strategic perspective to drive change, and orchestrating business transformation.
