Values is a gesture,
a commitment,
a path driving factor,
behind-
everything you say,
everything you do.
Values are not-
a set of behaviors,
you put on,
like clothing;
it's what you are by-
coming from deep inside;
doesn’t value have to do with what-
you "regard it as important.”
directing you to do-
the right things,
you will not regret,
after a while?
If there are no values "glue" to -
keep everyone motivated by -
collective endeavor,
you're sunk;
if everyone is thinking, behaving in-
the same way through -
the same value set,
same stickiness will drain -
collective energy;
isn’t value requiring-
a balanced viewpoint,
complementary perspectives?
Value changes the focus toward-
a goal regardless of -
the nature of circumstances;
can you look at value as-
the intersection of -
return & risk,
elaborate core message behind -
it, accurately?
