Be an independent thinker with courage to -say “I do not know”; If you don’t want to - challenge yourself, who else could make- you do so?
From one generation to the next;
humans as species have to -
thrive, constantly;
barriers can be daunting,
yet overcome them,
don’t let them cloud -
your vision;
don't be afraid of failure,
but you have to-
learn something from it.
Change is inevitable;
frictions, inertia are -
part of reality;
don’t allow-
conventional wisdom stifle -
your creative spirit;
change is-
the journey,
starting with-
the “right now” attitude,
a sense of urgency;
don't procrastinate.
don’t let -
silo minds ruin-
your innovation setting;
trials and suffering build character.
don’t lose it;
be who you are, consistently.
Each one of us is-
unique human being;
don’t encourage -
unhealthy competition;
don’t pretend to-
be someone,
you are not;
you cannot tell -
anybody what -
their values are;
If they don't have them, actually;
what are you going to-
make sound judgments,
discerningfully?
Don't wait for -
your "if only we'd known" moment;
watch out for -
“We have always done it that way” mentality;
be an independent thinker with courage to -
say “I do not know” confidently.
If you don’t want to -
challenge yourself,
who else could make-
you do so?
Life is a journey,
don’t stop moving forward,
at the right speed;
we all have to-
grow, learn, reflect, improve,
continually;
we all intend to-
unlock the best in-
human potential;
to reach-
to reach-
the ultimate level of -
professional maturity.
professional maturity.
