do not follow others’ opinions,

blindly,

but analyze, synthesize-

all sources of input to-

form your own opinion,

independently;

do not always follow-

authoritative opinions;

but apply critical thinking to-

form your own opinions,

make objective judgment,

coherently.

In a contemporary society,

people are encouraged to -

voice out,

present the strong spirit of -

discernment;

collegiality does not mean -

the absence of-

differing opinions;

but about-

respecting each others’ opinions,

objectively;
