Leaders should be rough, with strong character- to take innovation adventures full of risks; inspirationally.

We are at -

the paradigm shift,

from knowledge scarcity to-

information abundance,

are we able to -

swim in-

the rough sea of -

information in which -

water is perhaps struggling -

through the rolling waves,

seasoning tides,

dynamically?


The rate of change has -

accelerated, significantly,

we couldn’t predict -

the future with -

a certain degree of accuracy,

subject differences are-

a rough spot,

we must handle it,

fluently;

do not just sit back,

apply yesterday’s techniques to -

today's problems,

inflexibly;

think creatively,

act promptly, 

in order to understand surroundings

holistically.

The world becomes -

over-complex,

hyper-diverse;

no one is -

simply smart enough;

raw intelligence within us,

just like the rough diamond,

needs to -

be sharpened, skillfully,

fine-tuned into -

unique competency, brilliantly. 


Leaders should be rough,

with strong character-

to take innovation adventures

full of risks;

inspirationally;

shall they apply -

interdisciplinarity to-

planning, actions,

based on-

rough estimations of -

what the future conditions would be,

strike a balance between -

managing complex issues today,

predicting -

uncertain issues of tomorrow,

insightfully?
